Meet the dedicated professionals behind Rubicon Drilling.
With 30 years of experience in the industry, Mark and Sarah have owned Rubicon since 2016. In their spare time, they enjoy riding dirt bikes with their children, attending Texas Rangers baseball games, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs, and enjoying Texas BBQ with friends.
With eight years of experience at our company, Andrew, a third-generation driller, prioritizes precision and safety in every drilling project we undertake while enjoying quality time with his family after a long day's work.
Tad brings technical expertise and a dedication to excellence across all our operations. He has been part of the company for five years and enjoys freshwater fishing in his spare time.
Robbie is a second-generation driller who has been with the company for seven years. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in philanthropic activities.
Ethan has been with the company for one year and approaches each day with enthusiasm and a desire to learn. Growing up on a farm in East Texas, he is excited about the technical challenges ahead in his drilling career.
